Sam joined Hannaford Turner in 2018, having previously worked at White & Case LLP (2013-2018). Sam primarily focusses on ship finance (including in relation to refinancings and corporate restructurings), ship sale & purchase transactions, chartering arrangements and joint ventures. Typical shipping clients include ship owners and operators, financiers, investors and administrators across the spectrum of commercial shipping.
