Lorna-Jane joined Hannaford Turner in 2016, having previously worked at Curtis Davis Garrard (2014-2016), Cripps Harries Hall (2012-2014) and Clyde & Co (2011-2012). Lorna-Jane’s experience covers a broad range of commercial shipping transactions, including ship sale and purchase, ship finance matters and shipbuilding projects. She advises major ship owning companies, financial institutions and private equity firms, covering the entire spectrum of commercial shipping.
