Catriona Lewis

Catriona is a Partner in Hannaford Turner's Dispute Resolution team. She has over 16 years’ experience advising a variety of global clients on shipping disputes in arbitration, the English High Court and the Court of Appeal.

Catriona's particular focus is on arbitration. She specialises in disputes under charterparties, sale contracts, shipbuilding contracts and commodities contracts brought under LMAA, LCIA, ICC Rules and ad-hoc arbitrations. Clients include shipowners, charterers, commodities traders and P&I Clubs, as well as private clients, such as superyacht owners and charterers.

On the non-contentious side, Catriona acts for both Sellers and Buyers in and ship sale and purchase transactions.

She is a fluent Russian and French speaker.
